All services are delivered according to individually agreed project proposals, timelines and deliverables.

Each project begins after written confirmation of the proposal.
Project scope, pricing, payment terms, deliverables and schedules are defined individually before work begins.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all concepts, strategies, visual explorations and design materials remain the intellectual property of ÉVEILLER DESIGN until full payment has been received.
Upon final payment, ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party assets and licensed materials where applicable.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and all required content necessary for project completion.
Delays in communication may affect project timelines.
Payments
Invoices are payable according to the agreed payment schedule.
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services until outstanding balances have been settled.
Limitation of Liability
ÉVEILLER DESIGN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
